Our Products

Our business is predominantly focused on selling 100% recycled tissue/towel products. In fact, it accounts for around 90% of what we sell and always has done. Supplying the market with such products helps to support and encourage the recycling effort by creating end markets and therefore closing the recycling loop.

Our mill facility in Disley is dedicated to producing recycled parent reels and is FSC (mixed-source) accredited. This guarantees that at least 80% of the tissue/towel in all parent reels is made from post-consumer paper waste, with the remaining made up of pre-consumer recycled waste.

To help our customers promote the green credentials of our products, in 2007 we introduced our Green Handprint initiative, designed to raise the awareness of 100% recycled tissue and towel products. All 100% recycled products are clearly marked in our brochures with a ‘green handprint’, and where applicable on request we will send out free green handprint stickers to put on dispensers. This means that not only is the buyer aware of the green credentials but perhaps more importantly the eventual user of the dispenser is also made aware.
Whilst we encourage the growth of our 100% recycled range, we also recognise that in certain instances there is a market requirement for products containing virgin wood fibres, whether it is pure or mixed with recycled content. For such products we make sure that all of our parent reels and factored goods are sourced responsibly.
